If you are one of those people who like to shower with warm or hot water run from this place. At least all the 3rd floor (that we know of) has this issue and my parents (65+) were very uncomfortable with this (of course). Moreover, they make you pay full fare in advance at the check in. So, my parents asked for a refund for the following days so they can change hotel, they refuse the refund. Tuvimos el infortunio de contratar los servicios de este hotelcito, que nada tiene que ver con lo importante que es Valdivia. Problemas y errores de administración (Francisca Vega) y eventos (Fabiola Brandt): Se reserva por OC. 2 habitaciones con vista al río y disponen de 2 al interior, sin ánimo de cambiarlas aun cuando se pague otro monto; el edificio de 6 pisos NO CUENTA CON ASCENSOR y el salón estaba en el sexto piso; se había solicitado habitaciones en el piso 5 y fueron asignadas al 3 y 4 ?, el servicio de Coffee break contratado para la relatoría en el salón, se instaló siempre pasada la hora acordada, instalado sobre las personas en la sala, falta de agua caliente al servirlo, sandwiches fríos, falta de productos (leche), servicios higiénicos sin papel...etc. Actitud prepotente, sin ánimo de cambiar ni mejorar, NUNCA solucionaron cualquiera de las anteriores. Favor no mentir e informar a las personas que NO TIENEN ASCENSOR... desayuno "buffet" de pésima calidad y cantidad... huevos, rebanadas de queso y jamón, pan añejo, frutas en pote tipo colación y dos o tres cosas más... pésimo. Tres días de angustias, molestias, habitaciones sin asear y se molestaban cuando se les indicaba que no habían hecho aseo, etc. Ah... y la guinda de la torta, cuando se hizo el pago al contado del total, a fin de no tener ninguna relación ulterior, entregan factura SIN FOLIO... cuando ya estábamos en el transfer hacia el aeropuerto, entregan otra copia señalando que la anterior NO TENÍA FOLÍO... no sé cómo lo hicieron... poner atención... porque querían enviarla por correo (probablemente nunca hubiese llegado)

I slept on a tired old mattress that felt like it had a mountain range underneath it. The other bed in the room had only a foam mattress. The window blinds failed to stop the street lights bathing the room with bright light - all night. Tour groups seem to like this place - and when groups are there, other guests are marginalised. I received a wake-up call at 06:30 that was intended for tour group people - the very morning I wanted to sleep in! Breakfast was adequate but some food only made an appearance when the tour...
