The owner seems to have no empathy with her guests at all. On a random Thursday evening she plays really, really loud music and keeps screaming and partying until almost 4:00 in the morning while a hostel guest suffered food poisoning and was with vertigo, stomach issues and headache in his room. We tried to ask her to lower the volume but instead she would make it even louder. Ruthless and disrespectful.
