I am so glad someone suggested this hotel to me. I loved Valpo, but found it an overwhelming place to visit (especially because I absolutely detest and am terrified of loose dogs...) Cirilo Armstrong was a calm retreat high up on the hill. Every room is beautiful, and my spacious loft had beautiful views - visible through huge windows - over the city and the ocean. I only stayed one night, but spent quite a while at night looking at the city lights, and in the morning, watching the birds fly over the hills. I did not have a room with a hot tub, and was very jealous of those who did...next time.||||The desk staff speak bits of English and were very helpful. Read moreWe picked this hotel because we wanted a boutique hotel experience while visiting Valparaíso. We loved everything about this hotel. The loft style rooms were perfect for the 3 of us and the location was great. The staff was very friendly and had great recommendations for how we should spend our day. They were also super helpful with all of our questions. When we got back to the hotel after a nice day of sightseeing, they surprised us with a nice bottle of wine and a taster charcuterie board as a night cap. To round it out, the included breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to...
