NOI Vitacura — Hotel in Vitacura

Disappointing Experience at Hotel NOI Vitacura||We booked a King Suite for a wedding in Santiago, expecting a high standard given the hotel's reputation. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. At best, I would generously rate this hotel as 4 stars.||Firstly, many devices in the room were either old or malfunctioning. The bathroom sink was particularly concerning—it was tilted and appeared to be on the verge of falling, posing a safety hazard.||The room was sparsely equipped with amenities. There were only two towels and very few hangers in a tiny closet. This was extremely inconvenient.||The living and dining rooms were poorly furnished, lacking both comfort and style.||To add to our frustration, we had to take turns drinking coffee because the suite was provided with only one cup, despite the hotel charging for coffee capsules. Moreover, there were no courtesy water bottles in the room, which is a basic amenity expected in a hotel of this supposed caliber.||Overall, the stay was disappointing and not up to the standard we anticipated. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality of their accommodations...

Booked a suite so had a nice sized balcony with hot tub. Worth the money, I believe, good view over the city as the sun sets. | Staff friendly and professional. We were allowed an early check in without charge as the room was already propared.|In general the hotel is extremely well run and kept very clean though it could do with some updating as it is rather faded in parts. I expected a bigger bed but it was clean and confortable, changed daily. There were 2 small bottles of water provided in the room but I expected water coolers on each floor, at least. Breakfast was the best in 5 weeks of travelling Chile. There was a coffee machine in the room with capsules and we used this daily, only to discover on check out that these were chargeable (mini-bar!?). Stayed here for the second time in Jan 2024. Quiet and good hotel. They have a standard breakfast everyday and I liked my breakfast rouitne.

However, after a week of stay, Noi stopped providing water to the room. I had to call and ask for water. I don't know why suddenly this was done. And since I didn't speak Spanish nor anyone at hotel tried to explain in English, the vanishing act of the water bottle and glasses, I was left with long waiting time for water to come.

The staff seem to do what they have to. Very few I found to genuinely smile and go beyond their routine. Somehow you miss the flair here.

When I stayed here in Dec 2023, an elderly gentlemen wouldn't budge unless I tipped him for the room service. I was surely tipping but it didn't have to be that he had to keep repeating and gesturing to sign off on the tip.
