Hotel NH Collection Santiago Casacostanera — Hotel in Vitacura

This was an interesting experience - stay 23rd to 24th October 2025 I inadvertently booked this NH Collection Casacostanera thinking it was the NH Hotel next to the Costanera Building and mall. As the NH Collection site show it as a High Rise I can be forgiven for the confusion. It is only a three floors of accommodation Our experience started on arrival where the concierge or staff outside the hotel ignored us on arrival and offered no assistance with our bags, Happy just to look at their phones Reception was unhelpful and unwelcoming. We were assigned a room that overlooked service section of the shopping Center the room however was not serviceable as the aircondioning was broken ( an issue known to the hotel). We complained to reception and were subsequently assigned another room and no assistance was provided to move our bags to the new room. We seemed to be a major inconvenience to reception. The room was devoid of furniture with only one bedside table and a TV remote that did not work. Also no bins in room The only bright spot were the restaurants in the shopping Center. ( especially the Japanese restaurant) The final indignity was on departure, Reception was not interested in our list of room defects. Furthermore, the staff outside finally sprang into action to prevent our transport from coming to the front door so we were forced to drag our bags across the driveway and down the street. Our previous experience of NH Hotels has been very positive. This hotel is closer to Fawlty Towers than a major international hotel In short no service, no smiles good...

Experiencia de muy muy mal gusto, hay mejores marcas en Santiago y mejores hoteles boutique que tienen mejor servicio , habitaciones, comodidades y atención de mejor calidad y profesionalismo.

Me quede una noche Desde el 16 al 17 de febrero, reserve una habitación de luxe que "Parece trendding" pero en realidad parece una habitación de un putero, diría yo que los hoteles temáticos tienen mejor gusto inclusive.

La recepción del hotel es muy pequeña pero ya eso es un tema de arquitectura , llegue hacer el Check-In no me ofrecieron agua de frutas que esta en el pasillo de recepción , no me explicaron nada sobre el hotel ni sobre sus áreas comunes , nada. Me sentí con mi pareja a la deriva como si llegara otro "hueon" más al hotel. No me explicaron nada al check-In solo la hora del desayuno y el restaurante que no tenía en cuenta que esta afuera del hotel en frente del Retail de H&M.

La habitación me di cuenta en la mañana siguiente que estaba sucia, había una media en uno de los cajones, la papelera del baño estaba llena... En resumen estaba sucia.

La cama de la habitación es base italiana, terminas hundido en el medio de la cama. No obstante con eso alas 8:00 AM me abren la puerta y prenden la luz , me levante de golpe por un error del recepcionista porque se equivoco haciendo Check-Out a la habitación erronea... 8 de la mañana de un sábado...

Bajo a tomar el desayuno y es super restringido , sirven yogurt, un plato a media andar de frutas. Es a elección puede ser huevo revueltos u omelet, o croasaaint de jamón queso y una cesta de pan...

¿Por 150$ dólares la noche? De verdad ??? Hubiera pagado 140$ dólares la noche en el Courthyard de Marriotr y hubiera comido un desayuno self service de mejor categoría.

Hago el Check-Out para finalizar mi estadía y le explico al recepcionista en turno lo sucedido y no me supo resolver mi reclamo , tampoco fue capaz de darme un ticket de estacionamiento libre.

Porque ademas el hotel no cuenta con estaciojamiento y tampoco tiene convenio con el mall... Ni eso, tuve que pagar 30$ dólares por la pernocta del auto. Hubiera sido genial recibír el ticket liberado pero ni eso, solo me dice "Disculpe" ¿Capacidad resolutiva? Inexistente.

En resumen no recomiendo este cadena Española para nada , no se como sea en Madrid pero acá está cadena le falta muchísimo por mejorar la experiencia, atención. Esta muy por debajo para hacer un NH y más de 4...

A very nice hotel in the Santiago district of Vitacura, excellent location with plenty of restaurants and stores surrounding it, you can find anything you need. Also a large park very close by for exercising or just getting some fresh air. Staff is extremely friendly, rooms are modern and very well equipped in general with everything you might need. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in central Santiago and looking for a good hotel in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by amenities.

Also, at least as of March 2022, they are accepting recently arrived international passengers who need to quarantine for their test results, many hotels do not so that is...
