Cafe Noi Nueva Costanera — Restaurant in Vitacura

The café offers some nice promotions, like coffee and cake combos. I tried the 5,000 combo pastry and coffee. Cappuccino, which was decent, and the Americano was nice too, though keep in mind they use Lavazza, so it’s pretty standard hotel coffee.

As for the pastries, I got a combo with cheesecake, but it was so dry it felt like modeling clay. I politely asked to change it, and the girl was super friendly, who worked at the counter. She checked in with me several times to ensure I was satisfied and replaced the cheesecake with carrot cake. While the carrot cake was less dry, it still seemed like it had been sitting in the fridge for a week. She assured me it was fresh, made 8am same day, but I know the taste of fresh pastries, and these felt old.

However, the service was excellent, 10/10. The girl’s attitude was warm and professional, which made the experience much better.

The place is very quiet, and I’ll definitely come back because it’s perfect for working on a laptop in a cozy, peaceful atmosphere. However, I really think the manager needs to look into the quality of their pastries.

The carrot cake itself was okay, with lots of walnuts and a nice carrot flavor, but the cream tasted old. Maybe it’s just me, but I’d say something isn’t right with the way they’re storing or serving...

Pésima experiencia. Fui el 6/02 a las 12:30 Me hicieron esperar 25 minutos y no me trajeron la ensalada. Fui a consultar y me responden que todavia no esta lista. Le digo que entonces lo cambie por un sandwich jamón y queso( eramos 2 personas) y trae 1 sandwich y frio! Lugar para no...
