Aoyou International Apartment Hotel A Mall Brunch — Hotel in Guangzhou City

We had an excellent stay at the Royal River Apartment. The room was great - it was spacious, light and bright, clean, had plenty of storage and had lots of extras including a microwave and washer/dryer. Our room had a beautiful view of the river. ||||The location was also very convenient as it was right by the river walk, subway station, and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants. Beijing Lu was just a few minutes away.||||Staff was always friendly and when we couldn't figure out that the washer turned into a dryer (we were looking for a drying rack) we called downstairs and they immediately sent somebody up to help us figure it out. ||||We didn't stay here really long term - I know there were coffee cups which we used, but we never really looked for any other dishes, etc. so I can't say if they had any or not. ||||Housekeeping did come every day and they gave us fresh water, emptied trash, gave us fresh towels, etc., but the one weird thing is they didn't make the bed unless it was a day they changed the sheets. I don't know if it was because I already did a (poor) job of making the bed since it bothers me to leave it unmade or if that is just something they don't do since it was a serviced apartment. We did stay there six nights and they did change the sheets once and did make the bed at that time.||||We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again if we were back...

I booked a double room which is spacious and neat. The beds and floors were clean however there was a stain on the sofa and toilet was very small. The location is a bit far from haizhu metro station, takes around 15 mins to walk from exit F, walk past a garden and down the yanjiang road along zhujiang river and turn left into a small lane to the entrance of the apartment. There is an eatery near the entrance of the apartment which often has many customers and thus it feels safer to walk into the small lane late at night. One good thing about this location is that it is very near Beijing road of less than 10mins walk to it. However, you will need to walk quite a distance down to the other end of Beijing road that is more lively. There is a seven-eleven convenient store and also some chinese restaurants along...

This hotel has a very nice location.Just walking distance to the nearest metro station (haizu square) and one link whole sale mall is also near. There are a lot of eating places nearby( high end and the cheap ones). There are also 2 7eleven stores nearby. The facilities are also very nice. The room is so beautiful and clean. It feels like you are just in your home because it has complete facilities. I would certainly be back if we will return to Guangzhou. My only complain is that the staff hardly speaks English and the signs/instructions of the facilities inside the room are in Chinese and no translation and the staff have hard time translating it. But even so, I would still give a very high mark for this hotel because you can find way to communicate with the staff :-) . AND each room has its...
