The facility seems to be unusually managed, the reception is not staffed so you need to call numbers from the business cards on the reception with the phone provided there. Then someone comes to let you in but there is no check in per se, nobody wants your ID or looks up your reservation, they just go around and look for an empty room. Meanwhile there are numerous pieces of someone's luggage stored in hallways for days, not sure who those people are. I was asked if I booked the whole room so I guess you can also book half a bed or something.
Beyond all that the room is sized by HK standards, clean and with all the usual amenities. Excellent location etc. So if you can live with the apparent ad hoc management, this is a good option for...
