It’s between 3 to 4, they serve comfort food with reasonable price. I went there on my own, has set dinner for one with one nice stir fry, rice and soup. $12 for a pot of hot tea. Was slightly hesitant upon reading other reviews, but I had an enjoyable late afternoon "tea" lunch here. Staff was friendly and helpful, despite our language barrier where I only speak very little Cantonese and can understand even less, and they seemingly don't speak any English. Interior was clean, bright, and well decorated. Food was good and well presented....
