I booked a table of 2 on Sunday evening at 7pm via Openrice.com of a 12% discount. We arrived 30 mins early and the restaurant was half empty. We got turn down by the reception and insist us to come back at 7pm for the table if we want to entitle for the discount. We laughed and walked away. The reception young guy dont even care and said - it is your choice.
First, we came in to eat and give you business. the restaurant was half empty when we arrive. It is best for the restaurant to serve the hungry customers before the dinner peak, so the table could be returned eariler for next round customer (if any).
Second, it is the most important - the attitude of the staff. the reception young man has a strong attitude of not giving a Sh!t. Please dont say customer not returning nor bad economy. I am a regular customer of the restaurant, and it really doesnt matter if the 12% discount was in place but the attitude of the staff. I got turn off when he said if i went in at 6.30pm I would not be entitle for the 7pm booking discount. what a joke.

論香港人最喜歡的菜式非日本菜莫屬,日前同男朋友去左食壽司,壽司選用日本米炮製,軟韌有飯香,而且男朋友好讚賞佢嘅壽司飯力度握得適中另外用料新鮮外觀飽滿,味道相當鮮味。所以好想分享一下,呢間道係【7福神和亭】。
佐敦食肆林立,餐廳位於彌敦道311-313號1樓,位於佐敦港鐵站附近,沿樓梯上至盡頭便進入店內。
入面格局開揚,裝修清雅,以深色木材為主,唔知係咪今晚係星期五晚嘅緣故,相對疫情上都比較多人,有好多打工仔落嚟飲番杯。
呢度寬闊有一點點焗促,不過勝在咩組合嘅人都可以安排到,因為有房又有卡座等等。
此店供應,拉麵、燒物、鍋物、炸物,燒物,壽司,手卷,刺身,飯,鳥冬,飲品等。選擇甚多,揀選美食都花了一點時間。
👉🏻芝士焗天火蠔 $72 以牛油和牛奶做汁底,加上巴馬臣芝士調成美味“芝”味白醬淋在生蠔上,放入焗爐焗至上色,忌廉醬汁十分濃香,芝士同調味做得幾好,這道焗生蠔無疑是大餐頭盤之選!
生蠔鮮甜美味,蠔好新鮮,再加埋檸檬汁一齊食,芝士焗生蠔 亦受不少人青睞,只因愛上生蠔和芝士味道的完美配搭。

👉🏻火炙壽司 $58 五件都燒得好香口,味道各有特色,一次過試勻就可比較到味道及質感。
🍣火炙吞拿魚,火炙把魚油逼出來,令魚更香、更濃,這個吞拿魚滿有魚油香。
🍣火炙鰻魚,味道真的比一般醬油來得濃郁,火炙做出來的料理顏色也更深一點,鰻魚經火炙後變得柔軟又有d彈性,好好食,同埋好長呀。
👉🏻七味軟殻蟹卷 $58 軟殼蟹卷不只賣相靚,亦很美味,件件大小相若,相當工整。以香滑的牛油果取代紫菜,中間捲着微脆肉厚的軟殻蟹,配些清爽的青瓜絲,中和炸物的油膩感,配搭合宜。頂頭再加了沙律醬和三文魚籽提味,更加美味。
暖暖的壽司飯包裏炸至香脆的軟殼蟹,一軟一脆的口感特別美味。
👉🏻焗肉醬茄子手打烏冬 $58 最愛芝士滿滿的肉醬,茄子肉醬 ,茄子吸收了蕃茄及牛肉味的精華,加上濃厚香脆的芝士,這個汁料非常惹味的。碎絞肉搭配茄子,味道非常契合,這道焗烤外觀雖沒特別華麗, 但卻是男朋友的心頭好。
