This is a pretty good coffee shop and cafe located along Tai Nan Street in Sham Shui Po. Opening hours are 9am to 6pm daily. They have a small indoor seating area and casual setup. They offer a nice range of coffee and non-coffee drinks along with a small menu of food items prepared in their kitchen.
Had a really good lunch here recently, very much enjoying their pulled pork, topped with pineapple slice, served on a toasted sesame seed bagel. Served with a bit of salad, this was a really good lunch. The bagel was perfectly toasted and held the succulent and delicious BBQ pulled pork and pineapple nicely. Just great. On the occasion, I also tried their single origin espresso (Brazilian blend) that was very good.
Overall, a great showing by Cafe Sausalito. There are a lot of coffee shops and casual eateries in the Sham Shui Po area, this is one that seems to have what it takes to make it in what is becoming a more and more...
Read more#toast 503 — what a cheesy toast this is! it’s a nice piece of warm bread paired with an ultimate cheese and mushroom combination. The béchamel, or rather, the cheese cause isn’t just consisting of cheese so it cuts through the greasiness that cheese sometimes has when it is “too much.” I came to try their toast in particular after eyeing it for a few months now and I wasn’t disappointed. Left quite satiated!
The cafe itself is compact and small with a narrow alleyway. The seats are a little squished as well so I would recommend going during less-busy hours to have a nice eating experience if you’re planning to spend a slower afternoon here.

Although the chairs are that comfy, it feels spacious and the lighting is sufficient. There’s also wifi! Ordered a mushroom lava toast and a cup of latte. Sourdough is just fair in terms of texture and taste. Mushrooms aren’t well caramelised so it lacks bit flavour. Cheese sauce is very generous but a bit grainy and more of a white sauce. The toast can soak up all the sauce. Latte is great with light-to-medium roasted beans. The flavour is well-balanced. I would like to try their bagels or all-day breakfast on...
