Master Inn — Hotel in Hong Kong

ITS A SCAM! DO NOT BOOK IT! I can’t even begin to tell you how DIRTY and DISGUSTING this place is. It reeks of cigarette smell. The bathroom is so tiny and smelly. (1) one person can barely fit in it. It looks like it’s cleaned ONCE IN A BLUE MOON. NOBODY WILL ENTERTAIN YOU. THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN. NOBODY SPEAKS ENGLISH NOBODY WILL HELP YOU.I booked (2) TWO ROOMS for (4) NIGHTS, PAID IN FULL. But when I arrived there, the OWNER/MANAGER (a number was posted on the door, we called him on the phone) INSISTS THAT I ONLY BOOKED (2) TWO BEDS WHICH IS CLEARLY NOT WHAT IS POSTED ON THIS APP, IT CLEARLY SAYS “2 ROOMS/ 4 NIGHTS”I OH SO REGRETTED TO HAVE BOOKED THIS PLACE! I WASTED MY MONEY AND WAS EXTREMELY STRESSED AND TRAUMATIZED! THE PICTURES POSTED HERE ARE NOT TRUE! IT IS NOT A HOTEL. IT IS A SINGLE ROOM DIVIDED INTO MULTIPLE MICRO ROOMS. I’d say because of the price don’t expect much . The place really serves its purpose which is convenience but comfort isn’t really there . Well the place has many rooms so I think the feeling is very different for everyone. My room has a bad mold infestation the ceiling and the wall are black with mold covering and it’s all over the bathroom so if that makes you very uncomfortable or uneasy try another place but otherwise if you don’t mind it just take care of your body . The cleaning aunt does come every day to do general cleaning in the room and change your sheets so I think they do their best to maintain the room but probably the only thing which really made me uncomfortable was the mold but I think they have no control over that because Hong-Kong is quite humid and most places would have some mold...

The room was very small, which is to be expected as it's in Hong Kong. However the bed was quite narrow and placed awkwardly so that when you sit up, you risk hitting your head against the wiring that runs along a lowered angle of the ceiling.The bathroom was in general OK, - wash basin, toilet and shower were in decent conditions. However the cleaning lady should remove the gunk and hair from the floor mesh drainer. It's pretty disgusting.The outside of the bedroom was Ames's of bags and piles of things, more like a storage.The location is the best part of this accommodation, and in view of the reasonable per night cost, there's no need to complain.
