INCUBASE Arena — Attraction in Hong Kong

Exhibition was great, but the arrangement and logistics were hell. We have attended the exhibition of Ito Junji, we bought our tickets early, and the tickets are not available for timeslot chosing, and we’ve been there at around 6pm on weekend. Lots of people are queuing, and we have been queuing for 2 hours before are able to start the exhibition tour. Why on earth we still have to queue 2 hours even we bought the ticket earlier? Why can’t you provide a time slot for customer to choose upon the purchase so that both the customer and staff can save a lot of time in queuing and effort on managing the people.

Apart from exhibition, it is ridiculous that most of the tees with different designs are sold out and left only the sample display on wall, it was just the third day of exhibition… it can be done better with introducing purchase limit for each person…

But anyways, the exhibition was great and staff are helpful too, just the logistics and souvenirs part could be...

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. A coworker recommended Incubase, so I was very excited to see a good quality exhibition. But that excitement lead to a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT.

I wanted to know if it was possible to change a ticket date and emailed. NO RESPONSE. So I visited the shop, asked staff, they said yes. Just email this address. Ok! NO RESPONSE. I whatsapp the store and they ignore my messages. Until they say only possible to change for the weather. SO WHY DID STAFF TELL ME IT'S OKAY? I could have come on my original date, but didn't want to rush, so I was happy to hear I can reschedule. I give this info, and they don't even say I can pick up my small admission gift or sorry for giving me the wrong info.

Not everyone has HKD 300 to just throw away, you know?? Even if I'm interested in future exhibitions, I will no longer ask friends or even think about buying...

要不是最低要給一顆星，一顆都不想給。 想來台灣辦展賺台灣人的錢，好心點用點心吧！ 主辦數碼寶貝25週年展，今天開展就前往，為的就是買日本空運來台限量商品。可惜對展覽跟全部的規劃真的極度失望，也很生氣。認識我的人都知道我以和為貴，不到一個門檻連花力氣負評都懶，覺得再花時間重生氣一遍不值得。但今天真的是被氣到咪咪冒冒花錢找罪受。

首先，展覽動線差勁至極。 11點到場就被引領到悶熱樓梯間排隊，一行人如行軍隊伍登上成功嶺，排到了六樓（到了下午還聽說排到八樓）！入場後也無法歇息，因為展覽最尾端是商品售賣區，但商品售賣區只有一台收銀機！結帳嚴重堵塞，導致選擇邊看展邊排購買商品的隊伍也無法進入售賣商品區，一群人擠在一起無法被消化。樓梯間+場內總計罰站三小時以上苦不堪言！ 其他純觀展的人也跟排購商品隊伍擠在一起。工作人員大喊要排購商品隊伍讓出兩旁道路以利純觀展人觀展。Excuse...
