I've been to Ahimsa several times and appreciate the variety of vegetarian and vegan options on their buffet. I recently visited the Mong Kok branch with friends and we enjoyed the diverse selection of snacks, soups, vegetables, noodles, desserts, and drinks. Note that some dishes contain milk and/or egg, and these aren't always clearly marked. If you have dietary restrictions, it's best to confirm ingredients with the staff. I particularly enjoyed the cold noodles and coconut dessert soup. We went on a Saturday evening and it was quite busy, but we were seated immediately. The buffet was well-maintained, with dishes being replenished quickly. Be aware that lunch and teatime are significantly cheaper than dinner. Consider visiting during those times...

中文名是无肉食,5555 (泰語發音,即哈哈哈哈,hahahaha!), my thanks to Kie for finding this value for $ vegetarian buffett type restaurant! turned out that there are many varieties of dishes/food on offer, including curry, soup, fruit and dessert but all very healthy, the restaurant became very full and quite crowded after a while, as it seem to be visited by some tourist group or local tour groups, there are many elderlies too, but all in all, all are well behaved, additional merit: the toilet ist quite clean which is sometimes not the case for hong kong's restaurants! we enjoyed our lunch and a leisurely afternoon

Fantastic choice of vegetarian / vegan food right in the middle of Mongkok. A lot of options are ‘real’ vegetarian food instead of faux meat, and drinks/soup is also included. Value for money is unbeatable - it’s basically a buffet for around $100 or less, depending if you go during lunch or dinner. It’s basically self-service, so you clean up after your meal. They take cash only. It can get a bit crowded at times, so it’s not exactly a relaxing chill atmosphere, but this is a great option if you are hungry whilst not wanting to cause any...

definitely not recommended. The price is very cheap, and that may be the only positive thing to say about the place. The food isn’t very good. The service, there‘s actually no service. They don’t control crowd. The food don‘t come out quick enough and people are fighting for the food. By the time you get to the food, they all look like leftovers. The dishes are quite bland, and at lunch they don’t serve pizza, cheesecake, cheese tart or vegetarian fried chicken, Which were the only dishes that made me wanted to go in the first place. Very disappointed
