HeSheEat — Restaurant in Kowloon

For the duration of the journey towards the shop, you'll find yourself continually asking whether or not you're on the right path. The shop is nestled in a small street, off the main road and surrounded by several garages and homeware shops. There's two floors to it, with most of the seating located on the second floor. It's slightly on the cramp side but it makes up for it in its homey atmosphere. The overall interior is decorated with a semi-loft/industrial feel to it.

There's a good selection of sweet and savoury food. Though my recommendation for savoury would be the fries (or chips, depending if you're from the States or Europe/England) and for sweets, must be the salted caramel pancake. The Napoleon is good, it's not too sweet even though it's slathered with custard. Though be warned, that is a portion for 2 people (but if you're really hungry, you'll be able to finish it yourself). You might be tempted to try the waffles, because of the smell and the waffle iron you see at the front windows, but it's not really that surprising. Don't get me wrong, it's nice (I had the chocolate one, which is not common in many of the shops seeing as it is a chocolate batter) but just not a wow-inducing dish when compared to others.

The only thing it's lacking is in drinks. There are slushies and the usual latte/coffee, tea (lemon or the Hong Kong style milk tea), but the hot drinks selection is limited and it's sometimes difficult to match with the food you're eating. Just discovered the hidden gem, HeSheEat, and I couldn’t be happier! Finally got to try this place for lunch and it did not disappoint. Tried a variety of dishes and here’s my take on some of them🍽️: -French Fries with Black Truffle Mayo (8/10) were flavorful🍟 -Grilled Prawn Linguine w Mozarella in Tomato Sauce (7.8/10) was a delightful combination🍝 -Baby blue milkshake (9.8/10) was a sweet treat🥤 -5.0 Softy Ice Cream Parfait (Strawberry cheesecake flavor) (100/10) was simply out of this world!🍨

This place is a must-visit for foodies! The interior is stunning, the staff is friendly and attentive.👍🏼🤍 The manager deserves a special shoutout for being the kindest soul, not only explaining the dishes meticulously but also treating his staff with respect.🌟 HeSheEat has 3 branches - Mongkok (where I visited), Tsuen Wan, and Causeway Bay. 🍔🍟安格斯牛肉芝士漢堡配薯條 Angus beef burger with fries The Angus beef burger offers a rich and robust flavor. The patty is juicy and well-seasoned, and with the added melted cheddar slice, cameralized onions, fresh tomato slices and lettuce, it resulted in a delicious and savory taste experience. But my favorite part is definitely the fries. The fries, personally my favorite fries among all HK restaurants, are golden brown, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. They are well-seasoned with salt, providing a delightful flavor. 安格斯漢堡亦係必食之選！肉扒好多汁，配埋熔咗既芝士，焦糖洋蔥，生菜同番茄，簡直係天堂級別嘅美食！但我最鍾意嘅都係佢地既薯條！金黃色嘅外殼，條條都fried to perfection, 外脆內軟，真係唔系度度都食到！

The roasted spring chicken is tender, succulent, and seasoned to perfection, providing a savory complement to the truffle-infused risotto. 燴飯浸入奶油黑松露醬中，濃郁的口感令人一試難忘。 烤春雞鮮嫩多汁，調味恰到好處，與松露燴飯一齊簡直係絕配。

🥞🍓 Strawberry mochi w Strawberry Ice cream Souffle 士多啤梨麻薯配士多啤梨雪糕梳乎厘 The souffle itself is light and airy, with a delicate texture that melts in your mouth. It is infused with the sweet and tangy essence of fresh strawberries, which adds a burst of fruity flavor to each bite. The inclusion of mochi in this dessert adds a unique twist which I've never tried before. It adds an enjoyable contrast in texture. The scoop of slightly melted strawberry ice cream brings a refreshing element to the dessert, balancing out the warmth of the souffle. The souffle is also topped off with a crispy honeycomb crumble, which adds to the overall texture, making it my go-to order in Hesheeat. 這個士多啤梨麻糬梳乎厘系我最喜歡甜品之一。梳乎厘本身好鬆軟，入口即溶，仲有新鮮士多啤梨。糯米糍嘅配搭亦係我從未試過嘅，係一個好新鮮嘅配搭。再加到一球微融嘅士多啤梨雪糕，又凍有熱既組合真係難以抗拒地好食🤤🤤。我亦好鍾意旁邊嘅蜂蜜脆脆，各種口感加埋真係必食之選！！

The ice cream is velvety smooth, with a decadent mouthfeel that melts slowly in your mouth. The Hokkaido milk lends a natural and unique sweetness making each spoonful a creamy delight. The blueberry cheesecake bites adds a delightful twist to the ice cream parfait, providing a burst of fruity sweetness that cuts through the creaminess of the ice cream. 北海道 5.0 雪糕有濃郁嘅質感，好似牛油咁軟滑，在嘴裡慢慢融化。 北海道牛奶有天然獨特的甜味，令每一啖都充滿牛奶嘅愉悅。 藍莓芝士蛋糕亦提升咗冰淇淋雪糕嘅層次，帶來一股果香甜味，加埋其他配了，口感提升左好多！
