No Money So Lonely — Restaurant in Kowloon

Loved the look of the place, the ambience the quirky philosophical messages everywhere so finally decided to dine here on my lonesome as a visitor. The put me on the counter tables which is outside the restaurant and is shared with foot traffic of the shoppers. I ask if I could sit in the restaurant and enjoy the ambience and they say no the are fully booked. Being exhausted from walking all day, I go with it and order a beer and pizza. There are plenty of eating spaces inside the restaurant. The spot behind me has only two guests and the rest of the space is unoccupied. The other space by the payment counter is busier but still plenty of empty seats. Why could I have been put inside? Is it because I am the only foreigner here. Very disappointed as it looks like a cool place with an interesting menu. Ordered the Tom yum pizza xl. Very delicious but...

the place was nice and at the T.O.P shopping mall, so it's easy to get here by the rail, all the way indoor.

food was surprising, it's more like fusion. and the names are fun too.

we came only with 2 persons so couldn't order too much. we had the thai curry pizza, came as hot as, crispy thin crust, it's nice. another one was dam-dam fried rice, taste funny and with most peanut butter flavour. i would say both dishes were quite heavy. we had beer to go with them. then we're too full to have the final dessert. would leave it for next visit ;)

The spicy octopus salad is not worth the price because you only get one tentacle in a dish… It’s also not spicy at all and the sauce is really sticky. Quite messy to eat if you don’t have tissues and the restaurant doesn’t provide any. The carbonara is alright, it is served lukewarm which may not be preferable for people who like to be served hot food.

The matcha tiramisu, which was the pastry of the day was delicious!!! Definitely recommend getting it if it’s the pastry of the day.
