Went to have lunch here with my family. Reception staff ssaid nothing and expected us to follow her to the table. View was phenomenal but service was terrible! One dish was a congee poached vegies and one waiter just took it away without us realising. Then my 3 yo wanted to eat the congee and we told them it was take away. Waiter replied “o, I thought its finished cos theres no vegies inside anymore”. What kind of an answer is that?! I had to say my son wanted to eat it and they brought out a bowl of congee. When i orders the food i said the whole dish name and because it read seasonal vegetables so I asked what kind of vegies were available. Waitress explained to me it’s a congee based blah blah blah and im like I dont need an explanation on what it is, just tell me what vegies are available today. For the price paid and this kind of crappy service I can dine somewhere else. Afterwards some staff were standing around staring at our table and mumbling away on god knows what...but this kind of act is totally unacceptable. 0 star service and food quality does not live up to the price. Spend your...

A pleasure experience with the breathtaking view of Hong Kong served as the perfect backdrop to the incredible culinary delights that were presented to us.

The dim sum was truly a work of art. Each dish was meticulously crafted and beautifully presented. The flavors were exquisite, with a perfect balance of traditional flavors and innovative twists. From the condiment “XO chili sauce” , the delicate “Steamed rice flour roll with spring rolls” to the flavorful “Panfried turnip cake in XO sauce”, every bite was a delight to the senses.

What really stood out to me was the attention to detail in both the food and the service. The staff was attentive. The ambiance of the restaurant was also exceptional, with a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere that added to the overall dining experience.

Overall, dining at this restaurant was a true treat for both the palate and the eyes. A memorable dining experience...

Superb views, quality food but terrible service Food quite over price, almost HKD 500 per head excluding wine with regular dishes.

Service was unacceptable, waitresses had been suggesting us in ordering King crab, shark fins soup or A5 Wagu beef even we mentioned they were out of our budget.

The most ridiculous was that at almost 10:15pm, the manager reminded us that they would closed soon, then we asked for the bill immediately. At around 10mins later, the restaurant staff had been moving the chairs and tables very loudly in the next room, it was so loud that as if they were closed already and without customers. The staff were looking straight at us when they walked in and out of the room with moving noise. I felt very disturbing and being disrespectful.

This restaurant is promoting that they are Michelin stars restaurant with just quality of food, but no service at all. What's a disappointed...

Needs marked improvement in telephone manner. The girl who took my reservation was not rude but not really that polite. Worse still it happened that she got the date wrong. Arrived around 11:40am on a Saturday. There was no air conditioning until a moment later wind suddenly blew. Looked like someone forgot to turn it on when the restaurant opened at 11:30am. Then food. “Average” was probably the best description I could offer. Just not what I had expected. Tasted ok thanks to excessive MSG? The only thing I knew was I was really thirsty after this meal. Service was not bad but again not good enough. This place did not deliver what a $1000 meal (for two) was anticipated. And it was a rather noisy place. Do I think it is inferior to Dragon Seal in all aspects? You bet.
