Café 100 — Restaurant in Kowloon

The staff at the counter behaved very rudely. He made me feel as though I have just arrived from a village and don't know how to order food. There were plenty of free tables with a view and my friends had already sat at a table but he assigned us to the corner most table which no one else was taking. Fortunately I approached a female waitress and asked if I could somewhere else and she politely said I could take any table which is not reserved. Worst place ever in HK AVOID. Really NO POINT to go there, if you visit Sky 100 don't eat there but go down and eat at Elements Mall. Table management by incapable lady is really bad; 6 tables empty for 20 mins and they keep us waiting. Food really bad as well. Portions are microscopic. The Japanese beef rice bowl is small and quite tasteless, hotdog and chips is not even with fries but with chips. 7UP (from a can) and Evian water (from bottle) was only thing that tasted right. Coffee was decent. And guess who runs it? RITZ CARLON cannot think of a better way to ruin your brand! Guess better to avoid that...

It's been an amazing experience. I booked sky 100 on klook and got access to the cafe100 with one drink and waffle. The experience was amazing and so scenic. Enjoyed both Sweet heart waffle and the blue sky drink. Very nice sitting with overlook of Hong Kong. Recommended place to visit if you are in Hong Kong. It's best to go when the weather is clear to enjoy the view. The service was very cold and rude. Instead of making us feel welcomed the staff just pointed out to the table to get seated.
