The staff is very friendly and pleasant. The hotel is drab and rather unpleasant with dim lights. The location close to Museo del Oro would be excellent but for extreme criminality after dark. People say even daytime you should exercise caution. "Hot" shower is there if you turn it on to yield just a few drops per second: too little to wash properly, the other option is a lukewarm shower. The staff is ok, but they do not even have bottled water to buy, and after dark all shops are closed, so you have to plan ahead to buy your drinking water earlier.
