It was one of the worst experiences. As we walked in with our family, the persons looked at us in scrutiny; probably thought we cannot afford to be visiting establishment. We were thrilled to try since they had supposedly award winning and Luxury Coffe (still don't get what they mean by this) so we ordered two slice of cake and two coffee while our son was playing his cars. Two other children approached my son and began to play with them. I went to the restroom to later find my wife outside. I paid, not knowing they approached her and kicked her out because of our son. Discrimination 100%, and yet the waitress asked for a service tip, which I still paid 🤔... to be honest, no one deserves this treatment and the person with glasses of male origin that kicked my family out I hope your boss that speaks of his coffee bean as Luxury also invests in training their employee. This place does not deserve the self appraisal they honor themselves. Very pricey, too, and if we knew this was going to happen, we would have spent our...

Awful experience! Don't bother with this one.

The two "baristas" (a younger girl and an older lady) made the experience awful; they were dismissive, rude and didnt know much about what they were serving I've been to the one in usaquen many times so I was excited to try this one out. After trying to get their attention (one was talking to a friend and the other one on the phone), we asked for menus; they gave us the QR code but since they didnt have wifi we couldn't look at them. I had to ask for a paper one. When they brought our orders (a latte and a cappuccino), seeing that they were exactly the same, I asked them what the difference was. They said "ONE IS HOTTER THAN THE OTHER ONE" Needless to say, this is (allegedly) the most awarded coffee in Colombia; but I would rather go to much better coffee shops with better coffee, better location, better atmosphere and MUCH...

If you plan to have a little break with your family and want to drink coffee; DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. they literally ran us off this establishment while it was pouring rain outside because we have a 3 year old and he was playing his cars with other 2 children. It seems the persons here were born adults and were never children or they don't have children. There are better places to take a coffee and desert break that more deserve your hard earned money.👎👎👎 OVERPRICED AND NOT WORTH THE VISITM. SERVICE IS BETTER AWARDED IN OTHER REAL...

We came here on the recommendation of my friend. First, I ordered double espresso with carrot cake. Carrot cake was outstanding. I can say that espresso is the best coffee I have tried so far. I really liked the coffee here. Then I ordered an alternative coffee called “Chemex”. It had a dense and creamy appearance. This coffee was medium brown in colour. It was a great experience. The way it was presented was extraordinary. I definitely recommend it.

This is perhaps the best coffee I have ever tasted. I live in Seattle - a place with supposedly good coffee shops - but nothing compares to a Colombian tinto. First I had a cup in the Museo del Oro branch and then ran into the main downtown shop. The quality and service were excellent. I tried the expreso and the drip brew, they tasted both great. My only gripe is not bringing several bags back home.
