Fancy Hostel — Hotel in City of Zagreb

Myself and a friend stayed at the hostel for 4 nights and found the staff really friendly and accommodating to your needs. The staff have great suggestions on day trips and other activities and create a friendly atmosphere.The seating area out front allows others guests as well as staff to bond, creating a sociable atmosphere. ||In particular Kristina and Mislav were really friendly towards us and gave us great suggestions on where to go out at night and were really accommodating throughout our stay. The rooms are cleaned regularly, breakfast is provided (cerials) and a kitchen is available to cook in. The only slightly annoying thing is wifi does not reach the top floor but other than that I would definitely recommend staying here if your thinking of staying a few...

This hostel recently switched owner and the hostel has been renovated nicely! The room was big, airconditioned and the beds are good. Each bed has his own box under it where you can put your stuff and lock it up, There are four toilet/shower facilities (2 for female, 2 for male) in the building, but each has only one shower and the bathrooms are a bit dated. However it is undergoing renovation and we didn't had to wait for the showers in the morning. The staff is very friendly and the reception is opened 24/7. Prebooked a private room for my sister and I. When we arrived no one spoke english and they were more interested in their beer and watching soccer than checking us in! Then once another receptionist was called in she tried to claim that we have to pay an additional city tax even though it clearly states on our booking receipt that we've paid it. ||Our room did not have AC so we left the window open all night which was horrible because there is a patio outside that the hostel allowed people to drink and sing on...
