A few years ago, I ordered a Korean noodle ramen at your old address, and you served me boiled instant noodles. How do I know? Since I'm a fan of Nong Shim Shin Ramyun, I know the standard ramen in Korean restaurants with eggs, bean sprouts, scallions and lots and lots of other dishes. But the only food you served me was boiled instant noodles (I should really find a photo), I still remember it until now, because I feel that you don't respect your customers, and I remember I bought it in the supermarket A pack of instant ramen is 1.95euro, but you asked me for more than 40 kuna at that time. I ordered ramen in a restaurant, I just hope you can give me a restaurant standard instead of boiling it with water and tell me that this is the restaurant standard. I have been to many places in Korea, the United States and the world, and I have eaten a lot of Korean food. I still remember because you only gave me a boiled instant noodle, and your manager didn't even come out to apologize. Your restaurant is the worst in all of Croatia. ————————————————————— —————————Reply————————— Thank you for your response. First, the ramen you served me had only been boiled in water, without any seafood. If there were any vegetables, I wouldn't be so upset. Second, you charged me 40 kuna, which is around 5.30 euros, and after deducting VAT, it's 4.00 euros. A pack of Shin Ramen instant noodles in a supermarket, not even in wholesale, costs 1.50 euros (I confirmed this today). Your cost for buying instant noodles should be even lower. So, I paid you 2.50 euros for such terrible service and boiling water? This makes your restaurant the worst in Zagreb. Third, whether you're Korean or not is irrelevant to me. Many delicious Asian restaurants are run by non-Asian chefs nowadays, and they don't discriminate against customers or have such a bad attitude as you do. You don't need to reply to me anymore. Croatia is small, but people here haven't seen much of the world, and that doesn't give you the right to deceive them. Fourth, what I'm discussing is this specific issue, yet you keep comparing it to other customers and their photos. Besides being evasive, you're quite skilled at diverting the truth of the matter. It makes me feel like you're not running a restaurant but a law firm. It's truly laughable. You don't need to respond anymore. The state of your restaurant doesn't concern me, but dishonesty and deception are truly unacceptable. You indeed should remember me because not many people would expose restaurant tricks, but I happen to be that person. I don't appreciate dishonesty, especially in restaurants, as what we...
Read moreI went for the good reviews but I think it was not the best day. The soup was boiling, even after 40 minutes it was still impossible to have it so I had to leave and eat something in other place. I travel to many countries and I love soups, but this was the worst experience because if want to eat something it's at the moment, not after one hour. Also I think they should improve regarding the rice drink, because they gave it to me in a bottle of plastic that obviously they wash again, but it's plastic and it's not supposed to be reuse, even more if it costs 4€. The soup was so hot and I was sweating, but the waitress never came and ask me if everything it's alright, even if it was obvious that was not alright, she was paying more attention to her mobile phone than the clients. Little details that make big difference in a city with thousands of places to eat. I don't know if I would...
Read moreThe restaurant is at a great location, with accessible parking. The food is amazing but it took a while for us to receive it (there were two other customers waiting at the same time as us). The atmosphere is bland, with closely jammed tables and empty walls, although there is one tv which plays music, bringing a sliver of an atmosphere. The staff were very friendly, professional and they explained each dish to us, which I'm very thankful for. All in all, there has been a small improvement since I last visited (they finally added air conditioning - it was unbearable before) but there can be many more, mainly with the decor of the restaurant and with the time it takes for our...
