Irundo Zagreb — Hotel in City of Zagreb

We have rented 2 villas with friends in Opatija. When we arrived both villas were dirty and disgusting, the jacuzzis didnt work. When I wrote them, they denied it. They sent some cleaners on the next day but they only cleaned the grills and still until the end the jacuzzis didnt work. No compensation. They denied till the end that the jacuzzis work but none of them worked through the whole stay and they did nothing. No compensation, just denial. I attach pictures. 2 villas, 2 jacuzzis, both dirty and out of work. Hard communication. At the end they told us to talk with the owner but of course it didnt work. Noone came to repair or check. We payed for luxury villas and for working jacuzzis. We couldnt use them. Very bad service, dont reserve through them because they dont take responsibility for anything ( dirtyness, things out of work, useless jacuzzi, dirty things, dirty glasses, beer caps in...

This hotel was marked as four stars in Booking, however, it was maybe two or three stars experience. The pictures posted in Booking have nothing to do with the actual rooms. In reality it looks more like an expensive hostel. Secondly, there is no cleaning of the rooms. We had to ask for another set of towels and a change of the sheets twice at the reception and once directly to the cleaning lady and we still did not have the whole room cleaned for three days there. Upon arrival we also had a problem with the parking because of overbooking even though we booked the room with the parking spot way in advance. The reptionists were really nice and also helped us with everyrhing that we requested but this cannot compensate for the overall bad experience. The only advantage I see in Irundo is the fact that it is really close to the main points of interest in Zagreb and to many good...

I booked thinking it was a flat surprise was a room. They advertised all included they charged me extra money for city taxes…. If you don’t pay that you don’t get the code to enter. The man in charge was in polite. They say they have a walking shower what it is is a shower with not glass. All gets wet.. my mother had accident not one cared…the toilet seat is in a terrible angle my legs where against the wall had to modified my seating, they don’t have a proper table or wardrobe, not iron board, the window was broken, the wifi connection was terrible I could not complete my jobs tasks. The acoustic was bad you could hear next door room speaking laud… not conditioning or shower gel provided. Not bin in the bedroom only in the bathroom. We had broken lights in the bathroom equal bad...
