Pula City Center Accommodation — Hotel in Grad Pula

We had a fantastic stay at Pula City Center Accommodation! The standout feature was without a doubt the staff – consistently friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. They always seemed one step ahead, anticipating our needs before we even asked.

The breakfast, while simple, was of very good quality and just what we needed to start the day. We also really appreciated the bar’s focus on local Istrian products – a great way to experience the region’s flavors without leaving the hotel.

Our room was spacious and well-suited for a family of four, giving us plenty of room to relax. The only minor issue was that the curtains didn’t fully cover the length of the windows, which let in a bit of light in the mornings – but this was a very small detail in an otherwise excellent stay.

I booked this hotel and asked if i could leave my luggage before check in as was arriving early, they responded very quickly saying not a problem, I arrived approx 10am and was told my room could be ready in 5 mins...perfect, I was told I could get some breakfast and coffee whilst I waited what a lovely gesture that was. Room was very big with a balcony which overlooked the street but still very nice, everywhere was very clean and the two young ladies I had dealings with on reception were very friendly and spoke good english, as I was leaving the next morning before breakfast they made me up a food parcel which was lovely, finally I used the shuttle service and the driver was very chatty and friendly and spoke great english also, would not hesitate in...
