Street Food Two — Restaurant in Grad Pula

A very nice little spot about a block off of the main stream of tourists. Due yourself a favor and seek it out if you are a fan of vegetable centric cuisine. I say vegetable centric because they are not purely vegetarian or vegan. We are as much of a carnivore as the next person but we’ve been on the road for 7 weeks and it is a pleasant respite to find places like this that are not all meat and seafood. Note that the gnocchi is topped with a slice of bacon…yum! Two of us shared the gnocchi, the risotto and a salad. Don’t be looking for “Street Food One” because “Street Food Two” is a one and only one. It is named for the number of owners which is exactly TWO. Negatives: I ate a dish with three patties, which seemed to be deep fried and were rather dry and they’ve served it with the sauce. However, there was such little sauce that I could barely finish the patties.. They were so dry that just get stuck in my throat. Luckily, we also had a salad which helped them pass through they serve a smoothie in a PLASTIC cup, but with a PAPER straw. Why don’t you serve it in a glass? Are you afraid of doing the dishes?

Conclusion: I like the place. I like the atmosphere. There needs to be a rotation in the menu, cos as a local, there doesnt seem to be much change and creative effort to update the menu...

The place is top, I would put *5+! The menu is not big, but every dish is unique and for every taste, you won't miss. You have soups, salads, healthy bowls, main dishes, healthy fresh smoothies, deserts. You have an option to eat inside or to take away. The prices are super optimal. Pumpkin soup is 22kn, burrito is around 35-40kn, unique ravioli with sauce with shrimps and white fish is 50kn (the most expensive dish), smoothie from orange, carrot and ginger is 16kn.
