I will remember my stay at San Martino Rooms with great pleasure, it was perfect! 😍 I had the whole apartment with a kitchen and a bathroom at my disposal. The internal corridor protected from possible noise from the tenants' staircase. The window of my room was on a quiet courtyard. The decor of the apartment was elegant and everything was very clean. Anyway, a very kind lady cleaned during my stay. The communal kitchen was comfortable and well-equipped (there were even spices, olive oil, etc.). Inside the corridor even is the shelf with books! The first contact with the host on the messenger was immediate and clear. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free. Quiet neighborhood, although quite close to the center. There are small shops in the area. A bigger supermarket is literally 5 minutes away. The station - if someone wants to go on foot - is 15 minutes. Thank you for everything - and I want to go back there in the future 🥰

Writing this review almost 2 years after my visit. Had to find the time to promote this place! Exactly what we needed for a 1 night stay! Arrived around 8 pm on a ferry from Venice. 5-10 minute walk from the ferry. 5 minute walk to the downtown area. 5 minute walk to a very nice, traditional Croatian restaurant. Host asked me to call her when we arrived and she showed up within 10 minutes of my call. Extremely pleasant host! She even provided us with a nice complimentary bottle of wine. At first, the place looked sketchy from the outside in the dark but I was amazed when we walked inside. Beautiful, clean, newly renovated rooms. Highly...

A lovely stay here. The rooms were pretty comfortable and quiet. It felt more like an AirBnB vs a hotel, but nothing wrong with that. :) Be sure you have WhatsApp on your phone to easily contact the host and check-in, they are very responsive and quick.

We found a spot right in front of the building (lucky us!) It was only €5/day, and you pay on your phone by scanning a QR code.
