The main issue with this property is the noise from the bar next door which you share a wall with. I did email the property before arrival to ask them about the issues with the noise and was assured this would be fine.||The first night was a major football game, so the noise went on into extra time - in the breaks the music was turned up so loud we could feel the bass in the rooms. We were travelling with a toddler, so switched rooms so our daughter was further away however this meant we couldn't get to sleep until the bar was well and truly closed. I did text the lady from reception who did ask the bar to turn it down. they did this but obviosly the people in the bar didn't care and carried on being loud until they went home. The next day i complained and was assured it would be quiet. It was ok until 10pm when the music was turned up really loud again. The following day i complained again and assured it would be quiet - which it was until we got to the following night when i took it upon myself to message the bar itself to complain when it didn't close at its supposed closing time and continued playing music til one in the morning.||The owner of the bar is the same as the owner of the property you are staying in. they need to decide who they want to prioritise - their bar or their accomodation as the two are not compatible. I feel sorry for the lady on reception who was left to field complaints with little abilty to control the bar. She seemed genuinely sorry for us. ||Other than that the location is near a decent beach and is a 20 minute walk to town which is fine. The rooms are ok but probably need a bit of money spent on them to make them up to standard. There was no room servicing each day - just fresh towels dropped off - i think really they should be cleaning properly, as the rooms aren't the nicest when you've been in them for a day or two.|||overall, you have better options in split for this price. We thought we would use the pool with our toddler, but there were people smoking beside it all the time so didn't use it in the end as it was...
Read moreThis is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is like an 18-25's hotel with loud music, parties and noise each night. The hotel is left unoccupied by staff almost all of the time, other than the morning to lunchtime, meaning the staff have no control over the guests in the evening/night time. ||We experienced issues with noise late at night and complained to the staff. We asked if we could have a refund for our two remaining nights so that we could stay somewhere else but this was refused. We were promised that the issue with noise would be resolved but the hotel was again unattended by staff the two following nights and the issue was exactly the same. We again complained and were offered a free drink in the hotel bar, which really didn't come close to compensating the noise and our lack of sleep over three nights of our holiday. ||The location of the hotel isn't great, it's quite a way out from the old town and there isn't much to do near by with little bars or restaurants. An Uber to the old town is around £6. ||The cleanliness of the hotel is pretty poor. The rooms are in need of an update and are pretty shabby and grubby with dirty marks on the walls. Our room was not cleaned at all over the 7 nights we stayed there and we were not provided with any clean sheets or towels. ||Even the wifi was poor, we couldn't even load pictures on websites. ||The lady on reception seemed nice enough but passed on a really rude and unhelpful message from the owner when we complained about the noise. ||I really don't have anything positive to say about this hotel unfortunately and would not recommend it to any couples/families or just anyone that generally...
Read moreTerrible. Rooms Pino was a terrible disappointment. If you’re willing to tolerate twenty-somethings diving in the pool at 5am, empty beer cans and ash trays littering the sun lounges and jacuzzi area, then maybe this place is for you. However, sleepless nights are probably not what your average family or couple is looking for in an accommodation which mistakenly uses ‘Luxury’ in its name. The only luxury about Rooms Pino is the soap. Our room was tired with dirty bathroom walls and holes in the bedstead. We spent two nights at Rooms Pino which was two nights too many. We were disturbed both nights by youths jumping in and out of the pool in the early hours of the morning. At least we were able to meet the manager to explain face-to-face our review before leaving with haste after our second disrupted night. Perhaps with a little more ‘visible’ hands-on management (i.e. someone being present on site to manage the accommodation during the afternoon and evening), this type of behaviour by other residents could be avoided. However, leaving poolside lights and music on all night is a recipe for disaster. This was by far the most disappointing holiday experience. I dislike writing negative reviews, but in this case it’s impossible to write anything else. Beware, you book Rooms Pino at...
