The absence of attention to our needs became even more conspicuous as we observed a group of five waitstaff engrossed in casual conversation, instead of attending to the requirements of the diners. Moreover, the waiter designated to our section exhibited a noticeable lack of courtesy and professionalism. We were left unattended for a considerable five-minute period before any staff member recognized our presence, an unfortunate lapse in the expected standards of service.
