One of the best hotels I have ever been. We were there from the 25th - 28th March. Why ? The interior is very modern, a lot is based on the colours white and black... definitely not my thing but I still feel welcomed and relaxed staying there. We got there and as the hotel was not fully booked immedietly got an upgrade, that was very nice and thoughtful of them. The "rooms", it is more like apartments are well maintained, clean and fully equipped. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, a few different type of glasses, dishsoap, coffee and tea maker with a selection to make yourself. The pool area is very nice and the view from it is gorgeous. As the temperatures were still around 10-15C the pool was cold and not heated. It has a jacuzzi function and a counter-current system, very neat! Lets talk about one thing that makes this hotel so special as well. Two staff members who work there made our stay very enjoyable, Mladen (tall, younger around 20-30 years old) one of the waiters, who has just started recently and the receptionist (blondish should length hair), both welcomed us on our day of arrival. Mladen is exceptional as a waiter, suggesting nice wines and informing you about those, serving from the right side and many more little details! Now last but not least. The. Hotel does not have a kitchen but you still get breakfast and if you want food from a restaurant near by, Restaurant Kadena... The food is to die for!!!! The Hotel has a cooperation with the Restaurant and the food can be served either in your room/apt or by the pool. One thing they can work on is the temperature of the dishes, that the plates are pre heated or the food is being kept warm at the hotel so you do not get starter and main course at once. However, even if the food was not hot, still warmish, it was divine!

Also their way of handling "problems" was very good. In our room we realised before going to bed that the A/C was making loud noises even when turned off, so we had to sleep in the other smaller bedroom, which is completely fine but we would have liked to sleep in the main bedroom :) We told the staff the next morning, they phoned the technicians but on a sunday it couldnt be fixed (missing pieces) so we again received an upgrade, of course also possible as the hotel wasnt booked out but nevertheless the staff was friendly and extremely professional! Thank you for a marvelous stay.

They seem to constantly work on the hotel, meaning if something is a little broke or not nice anymore they...

I'm going to start with the positif. The hotel staff were super friendly and the rooms are big and clean but I DON'T believe is a 5 starts as advertised. The hotel is in a residencial area located 10 min by car or 30 min walking from the center city . My Boyfriend and I, got to the hotel around 7 pm(tired) and we had reserved a room with a king bed, to our surprise the "king bed" was two single beds together. We tried to talk with the from desk a they said " they didn't have any other room available" so we had to sleep uncomfortable the first night and wait until the next day to get a new room. The next day in the morning to "our surprise" we realized the hotel was almost empty and they change us to a bigger room with a king bed. The other problem I had was the breakfast, the first day we order an "acai bowl" (I don't know if we can call it that) and the second day an avocado toast, the avocado spread on the dread was black and they toped with green hard avocado that...

This place sells itself as a 5-star hotel, but it’s nothing like that. The photos with cava, fruit and breakfast are pure marketing – none of it exists when you arrive. • There is a bar area, a terrace and even bottles on display, but it’s just for show. Nobody serves you, not even a glass of water. If you want an agua or a cava, you have to order from outside, pay extra, and wait until someone delivers it. • Breakfast? Not included, not served. You either pay delivery fees for food from somewhere else at a fixed time or you go out every single day. • Cleanliness was terrible: dirty beds, dirty bathrooms, dirty terrace. Definitely not 5-star standards.

Completely misleading, uncomfortable, and far from luxury. We would never...

A little far from the old city but a 20 minute walk isn’t bad. The view is to die for 😍 The room was beautiful. Big beds to spread out and enjoy. They had a beautiful bottle of wine chilled and waiting for us when we walked in. The staff was friendly and explained all the amenities. They offer to have breakfast delivered to the hotel to you as well and it’s a great selection. The gym was super cool too. Lovely sauna, just make sure you have it turned on before your workout. They have a small space but have amazing equipment that is multipurpose machines (lat pull-down/chestfly/preacher curl/leg extension machine all in one), they have enough to get a solid workout in. And if you want, you can book a massage! Overall, lovely stay!
