Old City Rooms, Zadar — Hotel in Grad Zadar

Me and my friend stayed here for 3 nights, and it was perfect!! Hrvach was helpful and polite right from the time of booking, until our last day, he explained how everything worked in the room, the local sights and suggested restaurants, even letting us know when the room was ready, so that we could check in earlier, as our flight landed at 12pm. The room and bathroom were small, clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed, and the balcony was amazing! We spent lots of time on the balcony, people watching, listening to the music from the bar opposite (you can't hear this at night once the door of the balcony is shut). The very best location-right in the heart of the city and a 15min walk to Kolovare beach.The owner was contactable and there to greet me-great communication and so helpful-even offered a tour of his city.Room was small-clean and comfortable with everything l needed.The apartment is on a small picturesque street filled with great restaurants and bars so obviously you do hear some noise but in May the music stopped at 11-12😀so there was no issues-take earplugs just in case,l actually enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the music and people watching.l will definitely return to Zadar and l would come back to this sane apartment for sure-l...

I stayed for one night at great location in Zadar and was quite clean. In order get in the room you have to call or app the owner of the store on at streetlevel. For warm water you need to turn on the bioler for 15 minutes. The 3 paintings of the owner in the room where a bit much. Unfortunatly that night there was music untill 2.30 a.m. , the whole room was shaking because of the bass. However I am not sure if the music is there...
