Old Town Baristro — Restaurant in Paphos Municipality

Whilst exploring the old town alone, I had the pleasure of taking a rest and refreshment at this beautiful little coffee shop next to the main square, opposite the old police station. What a special find!! Unique, stylish, immaculately clean and so friendly. I opted for a fresh orange juice which was absolutely delicious. The owner, a beautiful Belgian lady took the time to chat with me which I enjoyed very much. Not wanting to leave my cool, shady spot on an outside table watching the world go by, I then indulged in a fabulous cold coffee - a Cypriot favourite called a “frappe”, with a gorgeous almond croissant to keep me going. Not only is this a superb independent coffee shop/cafe, there is also a lovely selection of chic goods on sale for the discerning coffee lover. I bought a bespoke lidded re-usable cup which I now take everywhere with me. You should definitely swerve the large multi-national branded coffee shops in Paphos (yes, they’re even there too!!) and visit Old Town Baristro for the personal touch. You won’t be disappointed. This amazing cafe, is situated in the heart of old town in Pafos.Firstly the coffee is simply divine. Catering for all, from danishes and pastries, sandwiches, and the best fresh coffee in town. The staff are all extremely welcoming, friendly and are more than happy to help. Annemie the owner is an amazing person who has been successful in creating a warm friendly environment and is very knowledgable in not only her cofee but any information you might need to know about Cyprus during your stay. It would be a shame not to have coffee here if you're in Old town .Their cinnamon rolls are to die for if you are feeling a little hungry .
