Good location. Walking distance from thr shor. Appartment not in good shape. Matresess need to be replaced long time ago. We had to add thick blankets on top of thr mattress in order not to fill the metal frame. Owner was nice and friendly. No much inside the appartment (coffe, tea, or shampoo, etc).
