Panmari — Hotel in Paphos Municipality

Apartments 1, 2 and 3 are directly above a pub which tends to have terribly loud - and subpar - live performances up until 11pm, and after that you can listen to the party goers through the whole night, because the apartment has zero soundproofing (there is quite literally a small gap between the balcony door frame and the wall).

I contacted the host about the issue, but I only received and answer 2 days later when I announced we will be departing the accommodation 4 days early, since it was impossible to rest with the constant noise. And this is not just "heart of the city" noise, it's "you will barely get any sleep" level noise, even with earplugs.

We were offered some reimbursement for the inconvenience, although I've yet to receive it, even though a fair amount of business days have passed since.

An outstanding stay! The apartment was impeccably clean, and the service was exceptional. Its location is ideal, situated in the heart of the tourist area, with all amenities within easy walking distance. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated with traditional touches. Restaurants, shops, and a mall are conveniently nearby. Maria was incredibly polite and helpful. We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights as a family holiday and had a lovely time. The place was cozy, clean, and well-equipped – they really provided everything we needed (and even some extras we didn’t expect). The location was great, just a short distance from the Mall of Paphos, which was very convenient.

The only downside was that there’s no elevator, so with two kids it was a bit challenging to carry everything up the stairs. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay and we would recommend it for families or anyone...
