Hotel Nautilus — Hotel in okres Tábor

I booked this hotel for my boyfriends birthday.Before our stay I ordered by email(which I got confirmed) bottle of wine and I was told i get also complimetary small cake. Was very happy, looking forward to nice surprise,but when we came to our room,nothing was there.They just forgot! So since got upset and had to go twice to reception, second time was asked to proove it by showing that email - surprise was ruined and so was my mood. Except that, room was okay,bed comfy, but shower floor is old and has massive crack and its scratched. Wellness is good,but bathrobes were also very used with holes. I had huge one on my shoulder. Never seen this in 4*hotel. Breakfast - quality food,but we came 9.15 and what was gone,was gone.Nobody replaced that. Id understand if we came just before 10 oclock. Also nobody was taking stuff from the table, thats a shame.Last thing I was not happy about, is that hotel blocks the amount in your account week before u arrive and release it when u arrive, if is weekend, u basically pay twice and then u wait for getting the blocked money back. I understand the authorisation,to check if card is workin and there are money,but if yes,why is blocked whole week before arrival and technicaly after I left and payed that. Unfair approach,fortunately very rare. So I would not recommend this hotel at all and specially not for any special occasion, due the lack of the procustomer approach, ruined the birthday and they did not offer at least free aperitive or small...

We stayed in the presidential suite.cost was aroun$300 per night about average for a standard room in nice hotels in the US. From start to finish, service was impeccable. From welcome champagne to super clean and well kept premises. Hotel manager was all about what can I do for you. I had bought some great local cheese and fresh baked bread in one of the shops in the square forgetting we did not have a knife and platter. We had a nice wine but no wine glasses. I asked if the hotel restaurant could prepare a platter from our block of cheese and bread. Shesa no problem, happy to and she would have it brought to our suite.nand it was at no charge after offering to pay. The table in the suite was large enough to accommodate 6 people. We planned to play cards, but just have fun conversations and then ordered dinner from their restaurant that again was brought up to our suite. We had fish, venison leg and frog legs.all outstanding and a welcome surprise. Just a great experience. I would stay there again anytime as is was far superior to our suite in...

Hotel Nautilus is a rare example of a hotel which truly delivers on every level .The location is perfectly placed on the edge of the main town square , so it is easy to walk out and find restaurants and shops a short walk away . The overall interior design of the hotel is extremely attractive with original features from the historic building . but also with many bespoke fittings ,original paintings hanging and beautiful fossils adorning the walls, which is an unusual but interesting aspect of the hotels feel.|The rooms are tastefully fitted out and comfortable, with the best beds i have found in a hotel room .|The breakfast is comprehensive and offers everything you could wish for , as does the main restaurant should you decide to eat there in the evening.|The wellness/sauna room is beautifully designed and is guaranteed to be a relaxing and rejuvinating experience.|The staff were helpful , friendly and polite .|This is a hotel i hope to return to , and i cannot...
