Brand new studio apartment #21 with free secure parking in the center — Hotel in Prague

If only I had read the reviews here and not relied solely on the Booking rating... We reserved apt.51 but never got in it - keys were not in the box. After several calls, we got keys for another apartment, only to discover other guests are currently living in it. For the 2 days we had booked, we got two different apartments, with a gap of 8 hrs in between, so had to pack, move luggage to car, and then check in again, after waiting for the cleaning to finish at 18:00, even though we were told that it would be done by 16:00. Cleaning was rushed. Appliances - basic. Noise from the street, no "view" or "city view". The owner appeared as trying to help, but he is ultimately responsible for this chaos, or double-booking, as he painted it. Booking support is slow and useless. From what I read here, the issues in this location are...

the apartment is dirty, full of dust, the shower in the bathroom is moldy, the toilet lid is broken, the bathroom stinks of sewage. The bedding is dirty, stained. The photos show one parking lot, in reality you get another parking lot where the maximum height is 2 meters, but no one informs you about it, when you say that you need space in another parking lot because the car is higher, they refuse to solve the problem. You reserve apartments with parking, but you have to park your car in a private parking lot and pay extra. There are also trams running next to the house, don't even dream about a peaceful sleep. I definitely do not recommend...

Do apartamentu #71 przyjechałam około godziny 20, apartament był brudny i śmierdzący. Kosz był pełen śmieci. W zlewie były resztki jedzenia, podłoga była brudna, pościel brudna i śmierdząca. Brak papieru toaletowego i ręczników. Kontaktowałam się z właścicielem, ale nie udzielił nam pomocy. Po całym dniu jazdy musiałam szukać i rezerwować inny hotel i zapłacić za oba noclegi. Aktualnie właściciel odmówił zwrotu środków, bo nie widzi w tym nic złego. Właściciel kłamie, że się z nim nie kontaktowaliśmy i nie rozmawialiśmy, mimo że mamy screen z telefonu, że rozmawialiśmy wielokrotnie( co nic nie dało) Booking zaoferował mi 15% zwrotu środków co jest śmieszne i niepoważne, bo nie spałam w obiekcie a zapłaciłam całość i dodatkowo musiałam opłacić inny nocleg.
