Hostel Jasmin — Hotel in Prague

Stuff I liked: The host was incredibly nice and gave me a very warm welcome. The beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient, albeit not in the center. He allowed me to keep my bag there for the day afterward. I was pleasantly surprised since the place was quite cheap, but I would definitely stay here again. It may not be the most fancy place you've ever stayed, but it definitely does the job. Stuff I didn't like: Not much I didn't like. The main thing was that the bathroom floor didn't have anything to soak up water, so it became kind of dirty with water from the shower and people coming in with their shoes, so it got quite dirty (I think I remember even some mud). I would perhaps recommend it get cleaned in there twice a day or another system be worked out. Note: I would also just keep in mind that you have to tell the owner when you're coming because he needs to open the front door for you, so just let him know - it's not like a 24/7 place, but that's understandable since he's...

The bed and sheets were very clean, which I appreciated. However, there was an improvised electrical outlet next to the bed with an extension cord, which seemed unsafe. The bathrooms were poorly maintained, with several broken tiles and a gas heater installed inside a very small (2x2 meter) space, the sink was dirty, no toilet paper, one of the light bulbs was hanging, the shower stall was leaking water. Very bad smell in toilets and it’s horrible they don’t care to clean it everyday No heaters working in any room No Kicthen stove and no vessels no proper spooons and no utensils to cook or eat No lift , so walking bare foot 4 floors Unfriendly Staff / receptionist :did not let me wear slippers which was left over by someone , so walking bare foot on cold all 4 days , this is inhuman respect to customers .
