Hotel Voyage — Hotel in Prague

It was a clean and well maintained room. However, I would put Voyage in more of a bed & breakfast category rather than a hotel.

They have a small and ok breakfast menu.

Staff was very friendly and helping.

It is the first time I have came across a hotel which do not have kettles in its room due to “safety” reason (as told by reception). So we have to ask for hot water with cups whenever we have to make tea or coffee, and because our room phone was not working (informed reception but no action for 2 days of our stay there) this meant that my kids have to go to reception and bring the cups with hot water themselves.

Pour un hôtel 4*, on s'attendait à (nettement) mieux! Il n'y a pas de véritable point à critiquer vertement mais il n'y en a pas non plus qui sortent du lot! En comparaison avec d'autres hôtels de la même gamme, il est clairement en dessous de ce que nous avons déjà connu ailleurs. Certes, la chambre se suffit mais elle était petite (assez étroite), sans parler de la salle de bain qui devait faire 2 mètres carrés tout au plus... Toujours cette impression de petitesse ! Le petit déjeuner ne correspond pas aux jolies photos que vous propose le site : vous y trouvez moins de choix et une présentation sans fioritures, plus que minimaliste ! C'était plutôt du tape-à-l'œil et la réalité était décevante en comparaison ! Le rapport qualité-prix est bon mais on peut trouver bien mieux pour le même tarif. On a été globalement satisfaits de notre séjour, mais déçus par rapport à ce que les photos laissaient présager.
