Review of Puglia Restaurant
My recent visit to Puglia, an exquisite Italian restaurant, was nothing short of outstanding. I was there with Damien to celebrate his bachelor party, which had been meticulously organized by Thierry. From the moment we stepped in, the experience was exceptional.
The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, capturing the essence of Italy. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, providing impeccable service throughout the evening. They made us feel welcome and ensured that every detail was taken care of.
The food was truly remarkable. Each dish was a masterpiece, showcasing the authentic flavors of Italian cuisine. We started with a variety of antipasti that were fresh and delicious. The pasta dishes were cooked to perfection, with rich and savory sauces that left us craving more. The main courses were equally impressive, particularly the Iberico cutlet and the risotto with grilled prawns and saffron. To finish, the desserts were a delightful end to a perfect meal, especially the panna cotta with citrus and passion fruit.
Overall, Puglia provided an unforgettable dining experience thanks to Richard. The combination of superb service, exceptional food, and a delightful atmosphere made it a night to remember. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Italian...
Read moreApril. 2nd. 2023. A female employee who served me looked unpleasant with the fact that I was in the restaurant. The only reason that I can think about is that I am an asian woman as shown. Wow, just saw lowest reviews and found other reviews from asian women with experiencing the same attitude. There must have been a lot of customers who experienced the same thing but didnt write a review.
Hope those people have chances to experience the world and face the reality without hostility and...

Although one expects to remove mussel shells to a provided plate or bowl after consuming the mussel inside, with maybe 1 or 2 fragments inevitably left in the broth, this was a different story. Every other bite contained a shell fragment. The pasta was bland and chewy, and the fresh mozzarella that accompanied the tomato sauce appeared and tasted like a dollop of sour cream, thus ruining the entire plate. Friendly service was the only redeeming quality about...
