My recent visit to Cross Club left me extremely dissatisfied, and I feel the need to share my negative experience. From the moment I stepped in, there were multiple issues that significantly impacted my overall impression of the place.

Aggressive Staff and Security: The behavior of the staff and security at Cross Club was beyond disappointing. Instead of being welcoming and accommodating, I encountered several instances of aggressive behavior. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout my time there. It's disheartening to see such behavior in a social setting, and it undoubtedly tarnished my perception of the establishment.

Sticky Floor on the First Floor: The condition of the first-floor area was appalling. The floor was extremely sticky, making it a challenge to walk around without feeling grossed out. If you read more critical reviews, seemingly mostly by tourists / english-speakers, it occurs the "rudeness" is part a conscious choice to give a frack about certain clients. Within some hours of taking part in an event on the outdoor area, I witnessed a tremendous amount of questionable behaviour that extends "overwhelmed service workers" by far.

• While the whole place looks intriguingly cool and the menu reads nicely, each encounter with the staff was hard to stomach. Actually rolling eyes at customers speaking english. No verbal communication, just looks of disgust and boredom. Being ignored for 20-30 minutes multiple times when the bar was basically empty, also servicing czech customers first. • Another customer who asked about their deposits for cups from the bar's own outdoor counter was rudely told they were lying about obtaining them and refused to be payed out.
