Gertruds Petit Hotel — Hotel in Odense Kommune

The hotel has 3 stories and 5 rooms. We stayed on the 2nd floor and shared a bathroom with 2 other rooms. The bathroom was clean even though it was shared. They provided us with disinfectant to clean up after ourselves and the usual toiletries like Shampoo, conditioner and soap. There were also small towels for us to shower. The property is kind of old though. One part of the floor near our door was sinking in when you stepped on the plank and some of the wood looked damaged. The beds were also reaaaally soft.

Thomas (the host) was really friendly and helped us settle into our rooms.

The hotel is near a fotox supermarket and about 20 mins walk to the main station. However, there was a lot of noise outside our windows every night so we were very sleep deprived. I was wondering what the noise was about on the second night and decided to film it (see attached video). It was a guy shouting from his car and a man in a hoodie running out. This was at 2am, and it was only 1 of many occurrences. There were a lot of cars driving past and people talking loudly in the middle of the night. If you’re a light sleeper, this is definitely not a place you would wanna stay. But if you sleep deeply, this would be a good place to consider given the price.

The host called us one morning to tell us that he accidentally double booked so he needed us to move to another room (we had 1 more night there). We ran out of things to do in Odense so we told him we could check out that day since he needed the room. He said he would refund us for the trouble but he has not done even though this...

Sehr süßes, gemütliches Hotel in Innenstadtnähe. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was du für deinen Aufenthalt brauchst. Check-In/ Check-Out ist sehr unkompliziert. Thomas, der Host, ist super cool und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren am Abend sogar noch was mit ihm trinken und haben so etwas mehr über die dänische Kultur (und die Biere der Welt) erfahren. Das Gemeinschaftsbad ist wirklich gar kein Problem - es war total unkompliziert mit den anderen Gästen. Und die kleine Küche war super für unser kleines Frühstück am Morgen. Definitive...

J'ai passé une nuit à Gertruds il y a quelques jours. Endroit choisi au hasard, j'arrivais en moto de Bremen et me dirigeais vers Copenhagen.
