Very pleased by the accomodations for the price. The room was one of the larger ones I've rented on any visit to Scandinavia. I'd gladly give up the space for the private bath! But here, you can have both. Nice private shower and toilet. Updated and modern. Basic shampoo/soap provided, but if you prefer body and hair wash to be different products, bring your own. Comfortable, cozy beds and linens.|It looked and smelled clean. No bad odors, no annoying "cleaner smell". It just smelled fresh.|Non-smoking. Go outside the front door. If you forgot your lighter, no problem. There's an electric lighter in the wall above the ashcan. I thought it was a considerate addition.|Our room had individually controlled heat. That was a bonus as I'm ALWAYS cold, not at Milling Hotel Mini 11!! 😉 I actually managed to turn it too high and it got stuffy. I had it so hot, it ran us out of the room while a slightly opened window, and a wide open door, fixed my mistake in a few minutes. Which leads into another neat feature, the windows opened. I love a hotel where the windows open.|Noise level was minimal. It was an extremely quiet hotel. The only noises we heard were occasional plumbing, and if someone outside was REALLY loud we could sorta hear them. We stayed Friday night, so we did hear a little bit of late night singing as people returned to their homes and rooms, but it was faint, and seldom enough to be amusing rather than annoying.|Good lighting. Can adjust to be bright or dim. They had curtains!! (I'm not seeing lots of drapes/curtains here, it was nice to have them!!) When closed, there was just barely enough light to not knock myself out going to the toilet in the middle of the night, but dark enough it didn't register with my eyes closed. (We were in the room by the big spotlights that showed the hotel name.)|Small, equipped kitchen shared by others in this little 'Mini' hotel. Available were plates, cups, glasses, flatware etc. Be polite and wash up after yourself, leave it nice for the next person.|(Refrigerator is shared by several rooms. Put your room number on your stuff. Nobody took or used any of our food/drinks.)|Room price includes coffee, tea, juice, pastries/cakes, and fruit in main hotel lobby on the corner at the Milling Windsor. The Latte was a really nice thing to relax with in the main lobby after walking around the city for several hours. Reception sells all kinds of snacks and a few travelers amenities we all forget from time to time.|WiFi reception is secured with a password, and fast.|Reception was excellent. She spoke fluent, correct English (in addition to Danish of course) which was extremely helpful when I had questions and my friend was elsewhere.|It was minutes to walk to everything we wanted to see, plus close to train/bus/tram station.|No free parking guaranteed available for hotel guests!! BUT, both ends of the street have parking lots. One is huge, it's an app lot* though. (App lot* if you're unfamiliar like I was, is a parking area where you must download an app to your mobile device to pay for parking. There were four apps to choose from. That part was annoying, but it was not part of the hotel. It clearly states they don't have guaranteed parking. We used OK app because it is also used all over the city.)|Overall, outstanding deal for money spent.|Absolutely recommend. Would definitely book here again.|Go ahead, book it! It was a...

Read moreWe had a lovely stay with great staff, a cosy bed, and spacious rooms. The breakfast was fantastic with a great selection, and we really enjoyed it. The location is perfect, very close to everything
However, when we arrived at the door, there was a sign directing us to one hotel, and then we were told to go to another. While I had received some information about which hotel to go to beforehand, it wasn't clearly stated on my booking or in the emails. A little more clarity in- the instructions would have been helpful to avoid any confusion.
Additionally, there was no hand soap, hair conditioner, or iron in the room, which was a bit of an inconvenience. A few extra amenities would have been appreciated.
Why has everywhere so far had thin square...
