Maybe the most interesting restaurant in Odense, and not in the pretentious way that some others that might not deserve the same praise are elevated. The menu is not for the people that need a million options, but this generally, as is the case here, signifies a more thought out meal. The food is great, the dishes are well rounded, nothing here are out of the norm for a professional restaurant. But what makes the distinction between average and great here is the quality of the meal, the attention to detail in the presentation and preparation of the meal, the price not being outrageous, and the kindness and interest that the staff takes in the customers and the craft. I am not against tipping, and I tip most of the time, but I want tipping to be self initiated and not demanded (this is certainly not standard for Denmark and I hope it never will be)! I know that this is a personal thing, but I find it like begging. Personnel should be paid appropriately, and if I want to give extra, it should...
