Hotel El Reloj — Hotel in Puerto Plata

I’m in a Business Aviation flight attendant. I do lots of travels to many countries and hotels” I’m impressed about how beautiful and clean, first hotel that I find the pillows comfortable ☺️the atmosphere is glamorous and gorgeous, I love the hospitality the people that works at the reloj are Professionals and respectful I loved. The hotel it’s not a resort but have everything that you really need and want for your staying for Business as well as vacation. The price amount I paid it’s not justified the value that I got in return. The best small hotel in Puerto Plata I will definitely recommend...

We picked this place because of how convenient the location is. It is close to everything in the touristy area. It is also cheap so we were not expecting much. It actually was better than we expected but not great. They don't take cards (actually most places in Puerto Plata do not take cards). The room was small but the bathroom was great. We realized in the morning that our sheets were not clean at all. They had some very mysterious spots on them. And the bed was uncomfortable. It worked for us because of the location but I would not stay there again....

A so called 2* budget hotel that actually is better than that. Located 7 mins walk from San Felipe & 3 from the "Málecon"coast road,it is quiet,clean & very secure. All rooms have good air-conditioning,WiFi & walk in shower/bathroom They also have an excellent roof top lounge along with a bar in the evening with exceptional views of the city & Atlantic Ocean. Everything is walkable incl the supermarket (Serena) cafés & restaurants on the Málecon & in San Felipe. There is parking if you have a hire car,just ask reception.
