The intial point of contact was horrible. I bought my family there for my wife's birthday on CHRISTMAS. The cashier was telling the staff not to accommodate my wishes which was simply to move a empty table outside so we can celebrate
She is commonly rude, with a attitude on her face as if she is the owner. I never complained unitl today when it effected my plans for my family and could not patronize my friends establishment
One person effects the decisions of the entire staff and we left and went to the restaurant across the street which provided us with a much efficient service & point of contact

Read moreUpon entering this empty cafe my wife and I were stared at by two workers. They didn’t welcome us nor acknowledge our presence. We sat ourselves down and waited for one of them to approach us and hand us the menu. 20 minutes passed by and it never happened. We saw on the tables that there were QR codes that you could scan to upload a digital menu on your phone. We scanned thru the items on the menu and realized everything was overpriced. So we decided to leave. Please go somewhere else if you are looking for good service and fair prices.
Edit: I visited on a Wednesday not a Sunday. Reading your response you clearly did not talk your to your employees and investigate this incident to try to find solutions on how you can improve your establishment ,instead you opted to reply right away to defend yourself.
