Nice atmosphere and location but the service is quite slow and prices very expensive for what it offers. We saw taxi drivers outside and we thought it is the place for locals to realize that most the drivers were waiting for tourists eating inside. guides take their customers to and earn commission - and that’s okay but for a quiet Wednesday we waited almost 40 min to get our food and the total of one fish, one salad, one fried pork comes to $60 is a little unexpected. It is good home cooking but nothing special and I don’t love the fact that it took a long time for food and the quality was average for the price.

I have been in the area several times. However this was my first visit to the restaurant. The servers were extremely aggressive and pushy. I ordered Chicharrones de Pollo. After about a 45 minute wait, I was brought 4 super hard fried pieces of chicken, that smelled burnt. When I mentioned that this isn't what I interpret Chicharrones de Pollo to be, I was told THATS MY PROBLEM, by the big guy who also speaks English. The guest around me were appalled by his demeanor with me. We were advised to leave our food and the property. We offered to pay for the drinks we consumed, they just wanted us to leave.
