My worst experience, they are scammers, liars and cheaters, As I have 3 small kids and I had 3 big bags I couldn't search more in that area and I was too much tired so once I got a a bit of space to rest at once I accept that.
There was a small one room having dirty stinky mattress, curtains which couldn't move with railing instead that was hanging with nails and even those are not properly fixed.
One dirty smelly rug is in the center of the room which I am sure was never washed.
Extremely dirty building with broken small lift, gutter water and stray dogs all around the building.
In fact that location is literally for a trash collecting and car mechanics not for hotels.
Washroom was broken and bathtub doesn't have the nob and once you fill the water in tub it spill out from wash basin out flow and whole washroom will be drowned and it was almost flooding inside room at once I ran to reception and they told me they are sending someone to fix it I lived there for 5 days but nobody came there to fix it.
while a guy from reception who seems extremely impatient as soon as we kept the luggage in the room came and ask me when you are going to pay us remaining amount? I said I gave already advance for 3 days let the 3 days be completed but he didn't listen me and he kept coming again and again and he didn't sit till he got all the money from me.
First day they told me that breakfast is included in the price, next day they change their own statement and said its for 100 Egyptian pound then even after 5 minutes they changed that statement also that we will give you breakfast but you have to pay 125 Egyptian pounds and we will cost this per head also.
But we will give water free as the shift changed and I asked for water and there was one guy on reception he told me to pay 25 Egyptian pounds so once again they lie and changed their statement.
First day they told me laundry is free once I took my dirty clothes there there was a guy and lady on reception they told me that its not for free you have to pay for electricity and detergent I told them your boss told me that its free and you are telling me we have to pay? after long arguments they called someone and then unwillingly they told me that one time only we can make it free but next time you have to pay.
Then we put our clothes in washing machine and they told us take those back tomorrow once I went to take those back there were some clothes missing, I asked from them where are other clothes they said we don't know I said how come half of the clothes are not there then one cleaner lady told me check outside the window where we keep them to dry, there was nothing on the windows, suddenly I saw those were fallen on the roof tops of other buildings. I asked them to bring those back they said within 5 minutes we will send someone to bring those it happened on 31 Dec 2023 and till 5 Jan 2024 they were keep making excuses that now we will bring and till to the last moment they didn't bring those clothes.
So if you could read this all long story I would advise you that for God sake never ever visit this hotel even they ask you to give you the room for free. They are criminals, scammers, frauds and goons don’t be...

Big, functioning fridge. No heating in room (impossible to use A/C for heating, as the remote control wasn’t provided), so beware if you are travelling in winter (consider bringing a sleeping bag). Only one chair in the room.||||Erratic WiFi in the room, so if you wish a stable connection your best bet is to go to the reception desk. ||||Ridiculous breakfast, absolutely inadequate for an adult person. Be prepared for self catering. No supermarkets nearby, only small grocery shops with no fixed prices. Fortunately, Abu Tarek koshary take away and restaurant is two blocks away.||||Overpriced excursions, better try to make a deal for half that price with a local taxi driver. We can recommend Wael taxi driver who speaks a passable English; his tarrif was 40 EGP / hour inside Cairo and can be reached at: +20 /...
