Devant le dĂ©barcadĂšre et sur un promontoire, les deux terrasses offrent une vue exceptionnelle sur le Nil et sur la ville d’Aswan. La rĂ©novation de la maison est toute neuve, les chambres sont parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©es : literie neuve, climatisation, silencieuse et efficace, ventilateur au plafond silencieux et efficace et salle de bains rĂ©centes. L’ensemble de la maison, la terrasse, les chambres et les salles de bain sont trĂšs propres. Il y a de l’eau fraĂźche dans le frigo Ă  disposition des clients, du cafĂ© soluble du thĂ© et du sucre dans la petite cuisine sur la terrasse. nous Ă©tions quatre, du coup, nous avons eu deux chambres au mĂȘme Ă©tage, cĂŽte Ă  cĂŽte, qui accĂ©daient directement Ă  la petite terrasse avec cuisine, pour le lever du soleil, c’est exceptionnel ! Ahmed est adorable et de trĂšs bons conseils.

Highly do not recommend. If you arrive after midnight you will not get to the guest house. They told me there will be a ferry for higher price but its a lie. You will not find the guest house as there is no sign and they dont pick up phone Rooms are in very poor condition, nothing is available there , even cover for bed or hairdryer. I mean it’s available if you ask but they will not bring it to you after no matter how many requests They give you...

Ziggi is a very nice guy and he cannot only offer you a flat but also a lovely feluca to make nice tours on the Nile. Elephantine Island is more relaxed than Aswan and a very good place to enjoy. Don't go to the big and overpriced resorts (e.g. Mövenpick) but stay with the locals. If you like Bob Marley you will...
