To flee !!!!
We had booked in May for a 14-night stay in July, when we arrived we were told what? that our reservation was canceled. I'll spare you the details but after 2 days, I discovered that the problem was not the site on which I had booked but rather the hotel: they canceled our reservation for "exceptional seasonal closure" but no one told us had warned. Result: we paid for a room for nothing and we had to pay again if we wanted to stay, very well we played the game and spent two weary nights: I swear not one more.
The beds are hard, the shower leaks, there are bugs in the beds and the room we had was dirty (sheets, carpet, dust, etc.) The swimming pool ? Hot and dirty, there were even insects. We almost got sunstroke because it was so hot. The breakfast was nothing good either, the pastries were so dry that we were going to take a wrong turn. The service at the reception, nice but they don't understand and yet I speak English, I wanted two simple black espresso coffees: I had a double espresso filled with milk and sugar and a second Egyptian coffee with milk.

Read moreMy girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel in September of 2023 after encountering a crazy situation at a local hostel. The staff was friendly, helpful and we had an amazing uninterrupted view of the Giza pyramids. The hotel hadn't fully opened at the time, but it had an amazing roof top, with a great view of the pyramids as well. The rooms were dated, but were clean.
Pros: The view of the pyramids from our two room suite. We loved the Egyptian Felafels and Egypt's national dish Koshary (Vegan friendly)!!
Cons: When we showered water didn't drain well into the floor drains, but the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was authentic but we're vegans, so we didn't eat much. They didn't understand what hand towels/wash clothes were which I think was more of a cultural difference. Bring wash clothes with you when you travel!
Overall: The...

The hotel came with nice interior and exterior modern design also the rooms is clean. There's a nice rooftop and small swimming pool on the top of the hotel directly on the Pyramids. It's recommended for a quick short stay for sleeping. Overall rating 07/10.
Cons: There's no private parking for the hotel. There's no many facilities at the rooms such as slippers, hair dryer and more towels. The quality of breakfast is OK but they should improve it. There's no free towels on the pool. The Wi-Fi is not covering all the rooms. There's no many coffee shops or restaurants near by. Otherwise...
