Everything was perfect. As soon as I made booking Mahmoud reached out to me. I actually only had 1.5 days in Cairo but still wanted to do quite a bit. He arranged driver for my whole time there and some tours. I really appreciate their professionalism which really put my mind at ease as a female solo traveler. The driver Mostafa was amazing! Reached out to me on the day I was traveling to confirm pickup plans, had a lot of information about Egypt, made sure I got to see as much as possible and took great photos too. w wanted to stay somewhere close to the venue for the incredible Anyma concert. The hotel is in a great location, and I think the best thing about it is the staff and the owner. The owner and all the staff are helpful, well-meaning, and do their utmost to assist you.

The breakfast was lovely and well-balanced, with good flavours. The only issue is the 6th-floor reception: when you press the 6th-floor button in the lift, it stops on the 5th floor. Yossef and the rest of the team were so kind and helpful. They try to give personalized service from communicating with them via WhatsApp to checkout. Be sure to (politely) communicate with them your needs, and they will do their best to help. From ordering a pizza our first night to preparing delicious (full) breakfasts in the morning, it was almost as if our friends were hosting us. Great view of the 2 pyramids too from our room (you should ask for that if available- if not accessible from the rooftop).
