I don’t know where to begin but I will do my best and speak from my heart. From the very beginning, from the booking of the trip Muhammad worked with us and put together a beautiful package together for us. We were picked up from Cairo Airport in a very spacious and spotless Air Conditioned van. Mustafa met us with the very iconic Great Pyramid Inn Sign. Our Driver the very honorable Abd alsalam (one of the best drivers I have ever met and I’m from NYC) drove us to our Stay at the Great Pyramid Inn in Giza. Along the way Mustafa gave us a brief History Lesson as well as a briefing on our itinerary. Our room was amazing, the most beautiful balcony view of the legendary Pyramids of Giza. We booked a few tours with Sun Pyramid Tours which was orchestrated by the very professional and knowledgeable Marivt. She is so amazing, incredible detail , extremely informative and educational. She left no stone unturned. Egypt is very big on negotiating and sometimes the venders can be aggressive. Marivt took care of us not like customers or clients but like family. We were picked up from our Hotel by Mr. Abd and Marivt. Our van was ice cold and always stocked with waters. Our meals were always taken care of by Pyramid Sun Tours and were always top notch. We learned so much from Mrs’s Marivt that we were sad to see her go on our last tour. She let no one take advantage of us and always got us a super fair deal in all our negotiations with the venders. She Carried herself in a manner that demanded respect, and was the epitome of class and knowledge of Egyptian (and Islamic) History. I’m not going to lie, we are going to miss her and Abd. Listen you can fumble around out there and sign up with the wrong company and have a bad experience but not if you sign on with Sun Pyramid Tours I can’t wait to come back to Egypt and when I do, it will be with Sun Pyramid Tours . We had a great experience with our Egypt tour organized by Sun Pyramids. I found them via Rough Guide. Menna Mohammad helped plan and worked patiently to fine tune my itinerary before arrival and who even arranged at short notice a hotel for day-use before our flight from Aswan when we checked out of the Nile cruise. The trip itself was handled very meticulously and smoothly. We had excellent tour guides - special cheer for Hany Araby (highly recommend him!) who showed us around all the sites along Luxor-Aswan-Abu Simbel on the Nile Cruise with both good humor and insightful information, as also Ameera who showed us Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum. They were very knowledgeable and paced the trip well. Airport & hotel pickup/drops, sightseeing cabs, horse carriages, boat - everything was perfect. Special mention for Nuby who managed the whole tour and Osama who picked/dropped us at Cairo Airport patiently waiting for the delayed flight. We had special request for vegetarian food which too was conveyed to and handled well on the Jamila Nile Cruise by its wonderful staff. Looking back at it, an Egypt Tour without such efficient execution would have been difficult and we'd have wasted a lot of time which was then available for real sightseeing. Also unlike Europe, Asia where you could plan and execute the entire tour yourselves, I felt that an Egypt tour is best done through such a professional travel agent like Sun Pyramids. Just one thing - tipping in Egypt needs to be learned - I felt that a reliable guide on suggested tipping would help - one doesn't want to be stingy but one also doesn't want to be over generous either.

Oh and did I forget to mention that Egypt is one destination one should not miss in a lifetime, if one wants to discover human history that is preserved for 6500 years and the magical, clean Nile river that enabled a civilization to prosper in the middle of the Sahara desert! Truly a...

We highly recommend the SUN PYRAMIDS TOURS agency. We are from Poland, it was hard for us to trust a travel agency from Egypt. We agreed on all the details of the trips via WhatsApp, and through Booking.com we made reservations for two hotels with which the agency cooperates - Great Pyramid Inn and Royal Great Pyramid Inn. The benefit was mutual. We had really great rooms and food and the agency took care of us all the time during our stay. The representative on behalf of the agency was Mohamed Elnoby, a man with great knowledge and joy of life, who showed us Egypt from this beautiful side - joyful, friendly and so oriental for us. We travel a lot to different corners of the world by ourselves, we were already in Egypt early, but we have not experienced such great cordiality yet. Thank you Mohamed 🫶. We were together on 4 trips: 1. a whole day in Alexandria, where our driver was Shady. 2. one whole day in Wadi el Hitan and Fayoum Oasis and 3. one whole day in Cairo, where our driver was the great Ahmed Hamama - thanks to him and Mohamed Elnoby we saw as much in one day as regular tours offer for 2-3 days. 4. two-day trip to the White and Black Desert with an overnight stay under the open sky full of billions of stars and with Bedouin music by the campfire. An amazing one-time experience - we have beautiful photos and warm memories. Everything took place as we agreed before the trip.
